Naruto-arena is one of the best multiplayer naruto online games. You cant play until you sign in naruto-arena.com so be aware of that, but anyways, it is a very enjoyable game and I reccommend this to be played. ( Itachi and Kisame are not playable characters yet).

This comes from the official naruto website. Its not complete yet, when the site was first made the only games there are the tree climbing and the water clone game against Zabuza. Even a year after the site was made it was never updated.
It is a little enjoyable but its worse than naruto-arena.


Naruto Realm
This game has not come out yet but it will soon (hopefully). It has been in prodution for about 2 years now and is being overseen by Masashi Kishimoto himself. It will be a massive multiplayer online roleplaying game. So far confirmed avaliable villages include: Otogakure (Hidden Sound), Sunagakure (Hidden Sand), Konohagakure (Hidden Leaf), and Kirigakure (Hidden Mist).
